Mosaica Partners was founded in 2005. Since that time we have been actively engaged with states, regions and communities helping them to improve the quality of care through the sharing of health care information.
Laura Kolkman, RN, MS, FHIMSS, President and Founder
Laura has over 20 years of international experience in healthcare, information technology and consulting and she is a Registered Nurse with a Masters Degree in Computer Science. This unique set of skills aid in seamlessly blending the two worlds of healthcare and information technology.
Bob Brown, Vice President of Professional Services
Bob has over 30 years of internationally recognized experience in consulting practice and methodology development, health information exchange, general management, product management, customer and stakeholder engagement, publishing, telecommunications and information systems development.
Barbara Bateman, Vice President of Market Intelligence
Barbara brings more than 20 years of business leadership experience in customer focused initiatives, strategic planning, marketing, sales, business operations, and global product/service management/marketing for information technology and telecommunications firms.
Mark Haas, CMC, FIMC, Vice President of Performance Management
Mark brings 30 years of business and consulting expertise to support governance, business performance and process management for Mosaica’s HIE formation clients and vendor advisory engagements. He also heads up Mosaica Partners’ Washington, DC operations.

The majority of these individuals work with us on specific assignments to serve the needs of our clients. We also occasionally call on their expertise to help us with internal projects, such as marketing campaign development and enhancing our various consulting service offerings and our proprietary methodologies.
The Mosaica Partners Network is comprised of experienced and highly qualified clinicians, consultants and researchers with expertise in a wide range of categories and they are based throughout the United States. Many of these consultants are fellow members of the Institute of Management Consultants USA and either have their own solo consulting practice or are part of smaller consulting practices.
