Mosaica's Laura Kolkman and Bob Brown are writing a comprehensive guide to planning and establishing HIEs/HIOs. The book shows organizations how to follow a practical step-by-step approach, using leading practices we've developed for states and regions, to plan and establish HIEs/HIOs.
The Health Information Management and Systems Society (HIMSS) will publish the book in early 2010.
