Senior Consultant
Senior Consultants work directly with clients defining and delivering 21st century health information exchange (HIE) solutions and are responsible for all project functions. The position involves managing or coordinating HIE projects through all phases from strategic approach through specifying and developing initiative approaches.
Key attributes include organizational skills, ability to work in cross functional teams, technical aptitude, creativity, and the ability to work with clients to create solid relationships.
Responsibilities include performing assessments; creating strategies; developing roadmaps; defining financial models for organizations; conducting product analysis; assisting in vendor negotiations; planning solutions; writing requirements documents; and participating in project communications and budget activities.
Requirements include:

BA/BS or Masters, preferred

10+ years project management/consulting experience. Experience in pharma, healthcare or electronic health information exchange

Significant supervisory or leadership experience

Methodology development or training experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and networking skills

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Able to adapt to new tasks with little notice and to exercise independent judgment

Flexibility with travel
