Employment Options
There are a variety of ways Mosaica Partners teams with its associates to best serve the needs of our clients.
Full Time Employees - The larger part of Mosaica's core team is comprised of a carefully selected team of full time employees. Most of these employees are based in the Tampa / St. Petersburg Florida area; some are located remotely.
Part Time Employees - Also part of our core team are a number of individuals who work with us on a part time basis. These employees typically work with us on an "as needed basis;" on both external client projects and our own internal projects. Most of the them are also based in the Tampa / St. Petersburg Florida area; some are located remotely.
Network Partners – One of the “open secrets” of Mosaica Partners' success is our network of specialized associates. The majority of these individuals work with us on specific assignments to serve the needs of our clients. We also occasionally call on their expertise to help us with internal projects, such as marketing campaign development and enhancing our various consulting service offerings and our proprietary methodologies.
The Mosaica Partners Network is comprised of experienced and highly qualified consultants with expertise in a wide range of categories and they are based throughout the United States. Many of these consultants are fellow members of the Institute of Management Consultants USA and either have their own solo consulting practice or are part of smaller consulting practices.
All of our Network Partners are thoroughly trained in our service offerings, approaches and methodologies before being placed on client engagements where they apply their expertise to specific assignments.
This combination of approaches – and the use of innovative online communication and collaboration tools -- allows us to provide our clients with the most appropriate skills and competencies, when and where they’re needed. Our clients appreciate this because it ensures they get the right skills, at the right time, for the right price.
