We are seeking a key individual to join our growing team as a Project Support Assistant. You will work out of our office in Seminole and will assist the firmís consultants and handle administrative, technical and graphic support functions essential to the organizationís day-to-day operations and continued success.
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
You should know how to locate, create, manipulate and manage data and information to assist the consulting staff and senior management complete client-based and/or organizational-based projects.
You should have experience in finding and gathering information, and producing research reports.
You should know how to use the software applications that the firm utilizes for completing client- and organizational-based projects, conducting research, and managing day-to-day functions. These include: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Project, Adobe Acrobat and CorelDRAW.
You should have some knowledge of back-end functionalities of a website including how to navigate through HTML.
You may assist in resolving minor technical support issues with office equipment and application programs.
Excellent interpersonal skills; a recognized team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and effectively prioritizing your responsibilities through the use of time management skills.
Motivated self-starter, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with minimal supervision, and must be able to complete tasks on time.
Strong technical skills; Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW preferred but not required.
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
