Barbara Bateman, VP of Market Intelligence, brings more than 20 years of business leadership experience in customer focused initiatives, strategic planning, marketing, sales, business operations, and global product/service management/marketing for information technology and telecommunications firms.
Her area of specialty is driving a client-centered culture throughout the organization and maximizing outcomes. She combines strategic thinking and creativity with “roll up your sleeves” execution.

Originally, Barbara joined Mosaica Partners to develop and launch a new line of business focused on market intelligence in the health information exchange area. With the rapid growth of Mosaica Partners’ consulting business, Barbara has also focused on refining and enhancing the firm’s existing sales, marketing, product, business planning and operations processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and the infrastructure required to scale quickly.
She continues to perform as a senior consultant planning and executing the company’s federal, state and private sector engagements.
Barbara began her professional career in sales with IBM. After success with hardware, software, and services, Barbara became the Director of Network Services leading a multi-discipline outsourcing team servicing financial and public sector industries. Major information exchange projects included leading IBM’s participation in the first messaging exchange for the Aerospace Industry, the early Information Exchange network for the Insurance industry and other communities with a common interest, and launching the Email and EDI services for IBM. Barbara has held a number of increasingly responsible positions in strategic planning, business operations, marketing, account management, research, and measurements. These include Director, Marketing and Business Planning, Americas for the IBM Global Network, and VP of Product Marketing for AT&T Business Services.
In 2009, Barbara joined the board of the Tampa Bay Executive Forum and is also a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), Suncoast Healthcare Executives, American Marketing Association, Tampa Bay Technology Forum, and Women in Technology International. Barbara holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Florida State University and received a Healthcare Informatics certificate in 2010.
